These are the Ranks and duties of the Equalizers. It is the
responsibility of each Equalizer to perform his or her duties
and obey the Chain of Command.
Please
Note: It is the duty of ALL
Equalizers
to Recruit and to Vote for the site once per day if possible.
Duties
for all members:
Certain
duties are common to all Equalizers regardless of rank.
They are as follows:
1) Conduct oneself in a manner
befitting an Equalizer - Honorable
at all times, respectful, considerate,
proud, and upstanding. Remember
that the reputation of one elevates
or reduces the reputation of all.
2) Respect and follow the chain
of command, obeying all lawful
orders as you are able to do so.
Report any unlawful orders to
the superior of the officer giving
them.
3) Remain active at the forums.

Citizen
|
Requirements:
|
Description:
Citizens of Teanthril come in many shapes and sizes, many races and belief systems, but they all gather together to experience the Kingdom that was founded upon the principles of Honor and Discipline.
This is a crucial period for an Equalizer. This is the rank at which you first begin to find your place within Teanthril's sprawling Kingdom.
Probation usually lasts about a month, but may be extended or expedited at the King's discretion. Those who do not successfully complete Citizenship will be removed with no notice.
There is no Direct Superior listed for Citizen as they should obey all lawful orders from any non-probationary member. |
Duties:
1) Be visibly active. As a Citizen, it is your most important of duties to be active in view of the chain of command. Doing simple courtesies such as replying to e-mails, reporting your activities to your chain of command, and posting at the Pub go a long way to showing your enthusiasm and dedication.
2) Assist in recruiting by referring friends and fellow players to the site.
3) Check-in to the forum
4) Attend meetings whenever possible.
5) Register at the forums

Description:
They have just become a member of the Equalizer Gaming guild and are ready to take their first steps into the gaming world.

4) Assist Citizens within your Division to help them progress and earn promotions. |

Description:
They are near the begging of their time with the Equalizers and have now taken the necessary first steps onto the path of gaming greatness.

4) Assist Pages and Citizens to progress and earn promotions. |

Description:
An Equalizer who has accomplished much in their time amongst the Clan and is well on the way and path of gaming greatness.

Description:
A member far on their way of having accomplished like none other in the gaming community.

3) Help other Equalizers to earn medals and solve problems. Be a team player.
4) Assist Guardians, Squires, Pages and Citizens to progress and earn promotions. |

Description:
The highest membership of the equalizer gaming world. They have accomplished many feats in the gaming world. Lords are tasked with the job of aiding the Earl/Countess of their division in the upkeep of their game and are sole aid in helping all members below them.

4) Assist Knights, Guardians, Squires, Pages, and Citizens to progress and earn promotions.

Description:
In times when their game falls under the equalizer collective but still has a strong base of activity they are charged with the upkeep and responsibilities of the head of their game.

Duties:
1) Reports sent to the Viceroy based on the schedule decided upon.
2) Own the events process within the Equalizers Collective Section for the Game Division that they are in charge of. This means their responsible of creating and organizing events within their division.
3) Submits all event ideas to Viceroy and a list of promotion points for your division.
4) Help members achieve the requirements for their next promotion. This means you help arrange anything that has been decided upon by the Viceroy.
5) Passes information to the Viceroy in preparation for the Quarterly Promotion point Requirements Review.

Earl/Countess

Description:
The Head of their gaming division in the Main Games Section. Sole responsibility to create Events and tasks to encourage and drive the activity of the members of the division in their game.

1) Reports sent to the Viceroy based on the schedule decided upon.
2) Own the events process within the Main Gaming Section for the Game Division that they are in charge of. This means their responsible of creating and organizing events within their division.

Viceroy

|
Requirements:

- Appointed into Office By the King.
- A Former HC or Officer.
Direct Superior
in the CoC: Duke |
Description:
Is the Equalizers event coordinator. Tasked with insuring all Division and Game heads are doing what they can to increase activity in their games and aids in the creation of events and tasks for all games. They are the Head of The Equalizer Collective and are responsible for creating and keeping involvement in those games that are no longer or haven’t yet to be a main game of the equalizer divisions.

Duties:
1) Reports sent to the Duke/Duchess based on the schedule decided upon.
2) Owns the events process. This means having an Earl/Countess run events, or running events yourself. Events are important to our members to move forward in rank.
3) Organizes Recruitment events.
4) Works with the Earls/Countess to create promotion point requirements for their divisions.
5) Works on Quests and tasks that encourage activity and competitive drive.
6) Insures the Chain of Command is being used correctly By acting as liaison between the HC and the Officers.
7) Help members achieve the requirements for their next promotion. This means you help arrange anything that has been decided upon by the HC.
8) Passes information to the Duke in preparation for the Quarterly Requirements Review.
9) Receives and compiles reports from each Earl/Countess. The Viceroy will decide on a schedule for reports from each Earl/Countess. |

Duke

Requirements:

Direct Superior
in the CoC: Archduke |
Description:
Is charged with the responsibility of adding and maintaining the success of all Equalizers. Insures equalizers are promoted promptly upon submission of their accomplishment; in which, has the ultimate duty of insuring that all have the ability to succeed in their clan advancement.

Duties:
1) Bi-Weekly report to the King, Prince/Princess, and Archduke on recruitment.
2) BI-Weekly report to The Prince/Princess on all promotion requests after review.
3) Owns the process for member submissions. This means the Duke is in charge of receiving all promotion requests and insuring that said applicant has met all necessary requirements for promotion.
4) Works with the Prince/Princess to advise on requirements and the difficulty level of acquiring requirements for advancement within the guild. Revisits requirements along with the Prince/Princess on a quarterly basis.
5) As Duke is in charge of recruitment it is also their duty to establish the mentoring program in doing so is responsible for assigning new citizens to a respective mentor and seeing to it that all mentors fulfill their duties as such.
6) Receives and compiles reports from the Viceroy. The Duke/Duchess will decide on a schedule for reports from the Viceroy.

Archduke
|
Requirements:

Description:
The Ultimate and Supreme Equalizer Moderator their duty is to maintain and to upkeep the Equalizer main page and forum. If they say it doesn’t belong on the forum it doesn’t belong.

Duties:
1) Monthly report to the King on changes made to member pages.
2) Owns the member pages and the updating process. This means that this individual can change the process for updating member's pages.
3) Equalizer Web Site Administrator, along with the King. This rank is able to make structural and content related changes, with the King's approval.
4) Works with the Prince/Princess and Duke/Duchess to ensure that member information is correct.
5) Posts Members News/Promotions Updates on the Equalizers Website. |

Prince
|
Requirements:
- Appointed into office by the King.
Direct Superior
in the CoC: King |
Description:
The Equalizers Second in Command. Insures all equalizers are recognized for their achievements and excellence in the clan. They are the sole policy implementer and thus are tasked with the upholding of the Equalizers rules and regulations.
|
Duties:
1) Bi-Weekly report to King by way of e-mail or PM on promotions/demotions within the guild.
2) Owns the promotions/demotions process. This means the member will have the final decision on promotions/demotions in the guild.
3) Head of TEG (Curerently Deactivated), until it is reactivated the prince is charged with the duty of encouraging and monitoring members on their way to become ultimate gamers in their respective divisions.
4) Revisit the requirements for an individual to proceed in rank once every quarter (1/4 year).
5) In charge of awarding medals by keeping track of all medal submission requests by the officers and the HC. In doing so is responsible for seeing through that medals are awarded promptly and responsibly.
6) Works with the Archduke to ensure the rules for promotion, and promotions/demotions are included/updated on the Equalizers Website.

|
Requirements:

Description:
Head of the Equalizers High Council and has the power of the executive decision. Leads by example and insure the Equalizers do all to endure.
|
Duties:
1) Decides on overall guild direction.
2) Receives reports from all of High Council.
3) Approves any major decisions made within the guild.
4) Ensures guild officials are doing their duties. Removes guild officials if necessary.
5) Everything, anything. Basically Does a bit of it all.
6) Wears a crown.
