Email Address - this is used to contact the member for various reasons, including notification of tournament dates, news and information, notice of change of rank, etc. We do NOT sell, lend, or rent this information to third parties and do not solicit or advertise. The Equalizers are a nonprofit organization and do not use advertisers or other third party companies to pay our expenses. Email addresses are located on our Member's Section so that all members may easily contact each other.

ICQ# - this is a reliable communications program that allows members to have real-time chats and send information. It is a free program, and more information may be found at www.icq.com. ICQ numbers are located on the Members Page so that all members may easily contact each other.

Name - this is an optional field. Members names are never used unless they specify it as their {=}Equalizer name (screen name). This information is never seen by anyone other than the operator of the site. This information is not shared and is not published on the site. Once new members have been added to the site, Join applications are deleted.

Location - we ask for State and Country only. This is used to determine the basic geographical location of the member so that he or she can be grouped into squads with other members in, or near, the same geographical location. As members from Australia will be asleep when US members are playing etc., this is required to place members into squads with those who will be online at approximately the same times. This information is used to place members and is not given out. The Equalizers are a worldwide guild, and by looking at our Flags page, you will see that we represent many countries and most US states. At no point on the site is a members location published.

Games Played - this is used to determine a) what Squad to place a member in and b) to award Participation Medals. This information is not sold to game manufacturers, advertisers, or any third party companies.
