This is the highest medal an Equalizer may
receive. It indicates that the recipient has
performed honorably, without personal regard,
beyond even the scope of Valor and Merit.
Awarded to Equalizers who have shown selfless
devotion over a considerable amount of time.
May be given to any Equalizer regardless of
rank. Only issuable by King {=}Poolfury. |

Valor
This is one of the highest medals an Equalizer
may receive. It indicates that the recipient
has performed a deed of great bravery, usually,
but not exclusively, on the field of battle.
May be given to any Equalizer regardless of
rank. Only issuable by King {=}Poolfury. |

Merit
This is one of the highest medals an Equalizer
may receive. It indicates that the recipient
has performed a deed involving much work and
dedication, that has greatly benefited the
Equalizers. Examples include but are not limited
to, creating a site benefiting {=}, Creating
a Bot for our Channel, contributing suggestions
and ideas that help solve problems, Running
meetings, etc. May be given to any Equalizer
regardless of rank. Only issuable by King
{=}Poolfury. |

Attendence
This medal will be awarded to an Equalizer
after attending four consecutive meetings.
Equalizers are not required to attend the
meetings, but those that do will receive this
medal of appreciation. May be given to any
Equalizer regardless of rank. |

Recruitment
This medal will be awarded to an Equalizer
who recruits a new member. Once the new Equalizer
has been in the guild for one month and has
come off probation, the recruiter is issued
the award. May be given to any Equalizer regardless
of rank. Issuable by the King. |

Diplomacy
This medal will be awarded to an Equalizer
after successfully aiding in the aquisition
of a new Alliance. Equalizers are only authorized
to set up a meeting between our Ambassador
and the Leader or Ambassador of the target
ally. May be given to any Equalizer regardless
of rank. Issuable only by King {=}Poolfury. |

Reset
This medal will be awarded to Equalizers who
were active and made the transition to the
new website and forums in April 2007. Issuable
only by King {=}Poolfury.

Dedication
This medal will be awarded to an Equalizer
who has displayed great Dedication and Loyalty
to Teanthril. Their efforts may not be seen
by all, but they are greatly appreciated as
they benefit all. May be given to any Equalizer
regardless of rank. Issuable only by King
