Promotion Points Boards - If you have not posted your promotions points within your division, then please have it done by this Sunday, May 6th. Also, if there is any member that is missing promotion points or not sure about their promotion points status, then please let your Earl or Countess know ASAP. I will try and have a master list up in the next week or two so, everyone can verify their own points. We may even have them listed on the members Pages once we get them up and running.

Double and Triple Promotion Points - We are carrying over the same Double and Triple points that we had last month. This gives everyone and opportunity to stockpile on a bunch on Promotion Points regardless of your rank. I hope that this will encourage everyone to strive and earn as many points as you possibly can. So, let us get out there and start racking up those Promotion points! As far as the Double Recruitment points it should make getting new members easier and more rewarding. Please let me know if you have any questions on this or any subject at anytime.

Guild News and Updates - I am still in the process of getting the MODS added to the forums; adding a new Area (Guild News and Updates) for meeting logs, discussion, archives, etc; adding the archives from ARKTIC and from here to the Archives both on the Forums and here on the Clan Site; and we will also make promotion announcements either later this coming up week or the next week sometime.

Today's Meeting - We had our 2nd meeting for this week (v2.2) but, only one person showed up. Nobody showed up for yesterday's meeting (v2.1). I can move the Saturday meeting back to the 9am or 10am EST that we had it set to before. Like I said the Saturday one is experimental until we hit the sweet spot for everyone. Please let me know if the times and days are NOT conforming to your schedules. I may try to get everyone's normal schedule(s) or (Free Time) and see where the happy medium(s) are with the meetings. We can do 3 meetings a week if this will help. I just need to know what you guys think. Please let me know or continue discussion about this in the forums.

General - Swords High Fellow Equalizers!
I realize I haven't been around as much as I'd like lately and I would like to apologize for that. We are in a transition phase at work which has me working some crazy hours. I am eagerly awaiting the completion of our members page at which time I will quickly start knocking out yalls individual profiles. As for my ingame activity I am looking for someone to takeover as Earl simply because my work schedule has not been allowing me to play as much as an Earl should.

Members Page - We have setup the Members Page fully now and have also promoted everyone according to their time in the guild. The deciding factor for all returning members at the restart was to try and make it fair. We decided to take you total time from start date to the date you registered on the forums and cut it in half. That way if you were inactive for a period or went back and forth, then you don't have to start from scratch. Unfortunately this may not be accurate of course but, it will be a starting point and a even way of determining length of time were it is consistent. For those who have signed up as new members after the restart; the ones that I personally know were here and active before, during and after the restart from the day they signed up with EQ up to now; and those who join up new after today will not be affected by this equation at all. There are a small handful of people that were here and will be counted for full amount of time from before the restart. If you have ANY questions or concerns please let me know ASAP.

Member Profiles - We have added all Members Profile pages up to this point and should have everything in them up to date. If for some reason you do not have a Profile page, then it means 1 of 3 things.

• You're a Citizen. (A Profile page will be created once you reach Page.)
• You have not filled out an application
• or some reason it has been overlooked or some other reason that you will need to speak with Athos or myself about.
  

You can also submit a 300x300 picture to Athos for you profile as well. Please read over all of the information in your profile and let us know of any changes that need to be added, deleted or modified in any way.

A Striking Reality Is upon Us - Unfortunately, today we have people who have aquired strikes for not Cheking In on the Forums. I went the first 2 weeks without counting against anyone but, now it has to be done. Please see the list below for people who received Strikes this week fo failure to Check-In this past week:

Remember that if you have too Check-In Strikes, then you may be removed from the Clan Roster and set as Inactive. if this happens, then you will ahve to start from scratch when you come back. It is always important to let me, any HC member or Officer if you will not be able to Cehk-In and if need be I can put you on a Leave Of Absence to prevent you from getting Strikes but, yoyu will also be uneligiable to recieve promotion points during this period as well. So, please be aware and careful. It takes 2-3 minutes to login ONCE a WEEK and say HERE. Missing this once or twice is understandable due to Real Life Stuff but, going past that shows the lack of commitment to stay in this Clan just by Cheking In.
